The Process...

Our producers will talk through your production requirements and discuss your brief thoroughly. A creative treatment will then be created concentrating on content, style and mood. We will then discuss costings and outline options to suit your budget. When you are happy we will instigate a storyboard and shooting script this will then be created by one of our in-house illustrators. This will enable you to visualise the final film prior to filming. Our production managers will then prep the shoot, which will involve crewing, location management, call sheets, risk assessments, release forms and much more...

Our crews have extensive broadcast backgrounds and all productions are shot on the right format for your production, we film on the latest equipment including HD 1920/1080, 2.5K and 4K. If specialised equipment such as Drone or Phantom high speed cameras are required we have the crews available to accommodate.

Our edit suites work around the clock to ensure productions are delivered on time. Post production is split into 'Off-Line' and 'On-Line', at all stages of the edit we are in contact with our clients. Films are uploaded for viewings and feedback throughout the off-line process. We are more than happy for clients to sit in on an edit if desired. Once the off-line cut is achieved we will then on-line which will include grade, motion graphics, titles and audio mix. We have a large selection of Voice Over Artists to hand and even composers if bespoke music is required.

RTR TV CEO calls for more support for the creative sector.
Lancashire Telegraph
The diversity of the UK’s creative sector must continue to be recognised and supported by the Government, a Lancashire industry leader has urged. Mark Oulson-Jenkins, Executive Producer at RTR TV, said that arts and culture had as much of a part to play in a thriving industry as areas such as the digital economy. In the wake of the General Election, a reshuffle within the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) led to concerns of “downgrading the importance of the arts.” RTR TV is the sponsor of the Creative Business of the Year award at this year’s Be Inspired Business Awards, the BIBAs, one 18 prizes up for grabs at one of Lancashire’s leading business awards. Mr Oulson-Jenkins said: “The creative industries are among the fastest-growing sectors of the economy, creating jobs at a fantastic rate, and we should not do anything to put this at risk. “The Government has recognised this and based its policy around publicly-supported arts and commercial business and our success has been based on both. “I would simply say ‘if it is not broken, do not try to fix it’, I am sure the creative industries and Lancashire and beyond will continue to thrive.” Following the election on June 8, the Creative Industries Federation voiced concerns after Digital Minister Matthew Hancock removed arts and culture from his remit. It said any attempt to “downgrade the importance of the arts and creative industries” would “send the wrong signal”. A DCMS spokesman insisted the creative industries and arts continued to be “hugely important to the UK, both economically and as an integral part of British culture.”
Konductor and RTR TV Collaboration
Konductor has joined forces with RTR TV for the filming and production of a new film for Manchester-based fintech AccessPay. Collaborating on the project, the teams were briefed to bring to life next-generation payments technology, stripping out jargon and demonstrating how AccessPay allows a user to bring together all of their payment platforms allowing faster and easier payments through a single interface. Despite payments and finance being one of the fastest moving technology areas, many business need to coordinate multiple payment platforms, including banking portals, payment systems and accounting software. Filming took place on location in AccessPay’s City Tower HQ, in addition to city centre locations and customer premises across the North West. “AccessPay tasked us with helping introduce its updated online payments portal to the business community and bring to life the next generation of business payments, sitting outside of the standard world of online banking,” explained Konductor director Katharine McNamara. “With a focus on the emergence and evolution of banking technology, and its emergence as the next ‘as a service’ in digital and cloud, we wanted to present the simplicity and mobility of the service in stark contrast to the often cumbersome and frustrating process of traditional and online banking.” Mark Oulson-Jenkins, Managing Director of RTR Digital, added: “AccessPay is clearly a company who have recognised and embraced the potential effectiveness of video with regards to the explanation of such a user-friendly platform and the importance of such a dominant medium within social media, as a production company we clearly welcome this.”
